How to apply?
- Fill in online application
- As soon as you click Send we will email a confirmation of registration received.
- After your information has been verified, we will send you a link where you can upload your proof of payment.
- We will verify your payment and send you an email that your smartcard will be processed.
- When your smartcard is ready, we will send you one last email to pickup your smartcard.

- Un paspoort Hulandes otorga na Aruba of un paspoort Hulandes otorga cualkier otro caminda, cu ta acompaña pa un documento di Censo (uitreksel bevolking di 5 florin).
- Cedula valido otorga na Aruba, caminda ta indica cu ta trata di un persona di nacionalidad Hulandes.
- Smartcard ta costa Awg. 15.
- Si renobacion tuma lugar na Booth Oranjestad of na Busstation San Nicolaas lo mester: 1. laga e smartcard bieuw atras y lo ricibi e smartcard nobo e siguiente dia di trabow. 2. busca e smartcard nobo na e mesun localidad cu a hasi e peticion pa e renobacion.

Requirements to apply for a 60+ smartcard:
-A Dutch passport issued in Aruba, or a Dutch passport issued anywhere else, accompanied by a Census document (population registry extract costing 5 florins).-A valid ID card issued in Aruba, indicating that the person is of Dutch nationality.
-The smartcard costs AWG 15.
-If the renewal takes place at the Oranjestad Booth or at the San Nicolas Bus Station, the following will be required: 1.Leave the old smartcard behind and you will receive the new smartcard on the next working day. 2.Pick up the new smartcard at the same location where the renewal request was made.
